I have been practicing law for more than 20 years.

I have represented individual and business clients

in state court, federal and bankruptcy courts, at the

trial and appellate court levels, and before city,

state and federal administrative agencies across
the country. My clients are individuals, families,
small and mid-size businesses, and Fortune 500

companies.

More importantly, I have achieved favorable settlements for my clients in the vast majority of these matters.  And the remaining cases have been successfully resolved either at trial or on appeal.

Put simply, I am a business lawyer who understands that personal and business disputes can be a distraction. Litigation, therefore, cannot itself be the aim. Rather, resolving disputes consistent with personal or business objectives should be the goal.

Pro Bono

I have always been strongly committed to providing free legal services to those in need, and have maintained a stable of pro bono cases at all times during my legal career.  I have supervised junior lawyers in matters involving, among other things, disability rights, public education, immigration and human trafficking. I have also personally handled many pro bono matters for, among others, non-profit organizations, including special needs organizations; individuals facing foreclosure or the sudden death of a spouse; and members of the armed services on deployment with custody or child support issues.
